* Shipping

o       Orders are shipped USPS Priority at a flat rate of $5.95.  If you would like other shipping options, please contact us at apothecary@visionsmedical.com. 

o       Supplements will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the completed order for all items currently in stock.

o       Discounts

Orders ≥ $150 (excluding taxes and shipping) will automatically receive complimentary standard shipping.  

Orders ≥ $200 (excluding taxes, shipping, and classes or programs) will automatically receive both complimentary standard shipping and a 10% discount at checkout. 

Orders ≥ $350 (excluding taxes, shipping, and classes or programs) will automatically receive both complimentary standard shipping and a 15% discount at checkout. 

o       Backorders - If an item is on backorder with the manufacturer, you will be contacted within 48 hours with a delivery estimate and other options.

o       We are sorry, but we cannot ship internationally at this time. 

* Special Orders (products marked by an asterisk by the right of their name)

o       Discounts do apply to special orders.    

o       Special orders require 7-10 additional days, to account for manufacturer shipping time.

o       Special orders may not be returned.  

* Prices

o       Prices are subject to change.

o       It is our attempt to price all items fairly, at or below the MSRP

* Returns

o       Only UNOPENED products can be returned.  Please check your order for accuracy or possible allergens before opening the bottle. 

o       Refunds are issued only for items purchased within the last 30 days and returned with a receipt. Unopened items purchased >30 days but ≤90 days previously will receive store credit. 

o       Products may be returned to Visions Medical Center directly, or by mail, but must arrive in good condition.

o       Returns will not be accepted on Special Order items.
